Teana Krolak (she/her) has a passion for helping children and teens navigate anxiety, OCD, and mood challenges. She holds a Master’s in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pacific University and works directly under the supervision of Kat Schoolland, LMFT at Raising Brave Kids.
With a warm and interactive approach, Teana creates a safe, collaborative space where kids and teens feel supported in making meaningful changes. She believes in meeting each child where they are, tailoring therapy to their unique pace, strengths, and goals.
Teana specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—evidence-based techniques proven to help young clients manage anxiety, build resilience, and overcome fears. Her clinical experience includes working in intensive outpatient psychiatric settings for kids & teens overcoming OCD & anxiety, giving her the skills to support children facing a wide range of mental health challenges.
Teana is dedicated to empowering young people to understand their emotions, build coping strategies, and move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat, playing video games, and discovering new coffee shops—always on the lookout for the next great cup of coffee!
