*This workshop isn't just for your child; it's for both of you. In fact, we kindly request that at least one parent accompany their child to make this experience truly impactful.

We recognize the difficulties families encounter when searching for specialized support for child anxiety. This inspired us to create the 'Braveheart' Workshop.

It's a welcoming starting point, a bridge for those awaiting comprehensive services, and a supplementary resource for families already paired with a provider.

Are you a family wanting to join our next 90 min workshop? Currently we have an interest list and will reach out when we have enough families to confirm your participation. Connect with us today to get on the list!

Do you represent a school or child friendly business? We love offering community events & our parent and child workshop is a great one. Connect with us to schedule.

Empowering Both You and Your Child: A Journey to Confidence

Childhood anxiety and OCD…we get it. It doesn't just impact your kid but shakes up the whole family. As your go-to team of experts, we've got you. Drawing from years of experience teaching evidence-based tools to littles and a genuine wellspring of positivity, we’ve designed ‘Braveheart"‘ to be insightful, interactive, and to easily keep your kids engaged. Consider our workshops a shared exploration for you and your child—a safe haven where together, you can learn, grow, and discover resilience.

Practical Strategies & Engaging Activities: Conquering Anxiety Together

Our workshop isn't just about theory; it's about providing opportunities for you and your child to practice in a fun, low-stress environment with science-backed strategies to face worries and "what ifs" with courage and resilience.

As a valuable takeaway, each family will receive a comprehensive binder filled with the skills and strategies learned during our sessions. This resource is designed to help you continue the learning and progress at home. It's a tool for ongoing support, ensuring that the strategies practiced in our workshop can be integrated into daily life, reinforcing your child's ability to manage anxiety/OCD effectively.

Families who participate in our program have loved being able to use the successes experienced in our workshop to look back on as evidence that their child can be the boss of their anxiety/OCD.

Keeping It Real: Your Child, Their Space, Our Support"

Hey there! We totally get it. Every kid has their own unique struggles and sometimes sharing about it can be the trickiest part. So, instead of diving in headfirst, we take a more relaxed, easy-going approach. Whether your kid takes their time or dives right in, we've got them covered.

You'll be glad to know our workshops prioritize your child's privacy. We won’t press them to spill their specific worries or fears. Instead, we focus on equipping them with tools to handle challenges and come out feeling stronger.

But just a heads up: while we're all about respecting privacy, these sessions function as a peer support group and psycho-education resource. They are not considered group therapy. Although we encourage participants to protect the privacy of their peers, workshops are not confidential spaces and, therefore, not a replacement for therapy.

*Workshop is not eligible for insurance reimbursement as is an educational program and not therapy
