Current Opportunities

Child and Teen Therapist (full time & part time available)

Our group provides empirically-supported Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention. We are looking for a therapist to work with individuals and families who are struggling with anxiety and/or mood-related challenges.

The ideal candidate will be a *fully licensed LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Psy.D., or Ph.D. They will be passionate about working directly with young clients and their families, bringing their enthusiasm and collaborative approach to the position. They will have an interest in furthering their skills in evidenced based therapies.

What We Provide:

Specialty training : We are committed to providing high-level, ongoing training to our clinical staff. Our clinicians have the opportunity for training & mentorship in a wide array of evidence based therapies including CBT, ACT, ERP, parent management training, SPACE, habit reversal, behavioral activation and more. We offer quarterly in-office training with curated professional trainers who are experts in CBT, ACT and topics related to our clients needs. We provide an annual stipend for external continuing education. We offer weekly office hours & team consultation with clinical director, Kat Schoolland LMFT.

Fun, Bright, Modern Office In NW Portland: individual treatment rooms, large group room, common area kitchenette with coffee and tea, and a welcoming waiting room for clients.

Marketing & Support: . We take care of the hard work for you by actively promoting your services in the community, helping clients discover the amazing support you offer, and connecting you with local referral sources. We're dedicated to helping you grow your caseload and ensuring a consistent flow of referrals.

Comprehensive Tools and Systems: We've crafted a range of behind-the-scenes tools to simplify your workday and streamline your tasks. Our robust EHR platform supports HIPAA-compliant scheduling, tele-health, client messaging, appointment reminders, along with innovative tools for assessment creation, note-taking, and managing intake packets. Plus, we provide Google Workspace & Spruce phone network to boost your productivity and collaboration efforts. Job Requirements

We are seeking dedicated licensed clinicians who are available a minimum of 15 client hours per week. The position offers a flexible, but set schedule. The ideal hire is available to work from our office 4-5 days a week, option for one day tele-health. As we are a child therapy practice we require availability for after school hours (330-630pm) and/or weekends. Candidates intending to simultaneously operate or remain employed in another private practice are not eligible. Additionally, the position is not eligible for a clinician still needing supervision for hours towards licensure. We are only hiring fully licensed clinicians at this time.

Required Experience

2+ years clinical experience

Masters degree in counseling, marriage & family therapy, clinical social work, or doctoral degree in psychology

Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC or psychologist in the State of Oregon.

Experience working with children and teens in a clinical setting.

Knowledge of evidenced based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapies or Family Systems Therapy.

Familiarity with providing exposure therapy or a willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Genuine & compassionate approach to therapy

Passionate lifelong learner

Preferred Experience

Specialized training and experience treating anxiety disorders/and or OCD.
